Hawksmoor Air Street in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant, fast-paced kitchen team. Since 2006 Hawksmoor has built a reputation for ethical sourcing, high standards and great hospitality, and we provide full training to help you grow.

As a Kitchen Porter you’ll keep the kitchen clean and organised, wash dishes, support chefs with basic prep, manage waste, and assist with deliveries and stock. This is hands-on work with scope to develop into more responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
• A strong team player who takes pride in doing things properly.
• Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service.
• Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
• Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling responsibly.
• Assist with deliveries and stock organisation.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
