Responsibilities

• Support general kitchen duties and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and restaurant.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations including dishwashing and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to present meals to a high standard and on time.
• Develop knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and health & safety.
• Be a team player and confident communicator in a busy environment.
• Adhere to kitchen health, safety and hygiene rules.
