Swinton Estate is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team for a 40-hour week, across 5 days in a 7-day rota. You’ll support chefs in maintaining high cleanliness and organisation throughout service, helping create an efficient working environment and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Good communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitise, and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic during and after service.
• Support chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training and development opportunities as required.
• Assist with guest requests where appropriate and uphold Swinton Estate standards.
