Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is hiring for a hands-on culinary role in London. You’ll be responsible for H&S in your section, maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace, keeping a clean uniform, and following guidelines for refuse storage and removal.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety responsibilities for your section and maintaining a clean, food-safe workspace
• Maintain clean uniform and adhere to company guidelines for refuse storage and removal
• Attend all training sessions for the culinary team and safely open/close the designated area
• General upkeep of all culinary areas, equipment and FF&E; ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment with a can-do attitude

Job description

What you'll do...
