The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is looking for a Head Bartender to lead the Chet's team—a Thai-Americana spot blending fragrant Thai flavors with classic American diner vibes in Shepherd's Bush.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves
• Be creative and share ideas to develop our menu - play a part in innovating our bar concept and staying on (and even ahead) of trends
• Know your product and systems inside out
• Lead your team by example, driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest; encouraging your team to grow and develop, the Hox way
• A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self
• Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge

About the Role

We are looking for a Head Bartender to join the Chet's team - a Thai-Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner in the heart of Shepherd's Bush.
