We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Porter to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at both our buzzing Beach Bar and the kitchen at Brighton i360. Whether you’re just starting out in hospitality or looking for a role in a fast-paced, friendly environment - this could be your perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping kitchens clean, organised and ready for service
• Washing up and ensuring equipment is spotless
• Supporting chefs with basic prep and daily tasks
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
• Making sure hygiene and safety standards are met

• A strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment
• Reliability and attention to detail
