Job summary

The Ro Hotel in Windermere is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly, enabling the team to deliver great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, floors, and storage rooms
• Dispose of waste and recycling following hygiene standards
• Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as needed
• Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with deliveries and storing goods properly
• Work as part of a team to support smooth kitchen operations
