Shepherd Neame is looking for a part-time Kitchen Porter to join our team. If you enjoy hospitality and prefer working behind the scenes to support your colleagues and contribute to the team's success, then this may be just the job for you.

Perched at the top of Tankerton Slopes, the Royal serves fresh food and drinks with panoramic sea views. The pub’s garden offers a magnificent clifftop setting with views across the Thames Estuary. The restaurant is renowned for delicious British dishes, with daily specials made from local ingredients.

Great kitchen Porters are key to a successful kitchen. In this role, you will work as part of our friendly and supportive team to ensure a great and efficient dining experience for our customers.

If you have no previous experience, don’t worry. As long as you are confident, committed, and a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.
