As a full-time Kitchen Porter in our hotel, you play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both the kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, assisting with basic food preparation, and managing waste disposal. Following strict health and safety guidelines is essential to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What We Need From You
Attention to Detail: You’ll have a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are spotless, free from grease, dirt, and contaminants to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Effective Communication: You will communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff, follow instructions accurately, and feel comfortable asking questions to keep operations running smoothly.
Team Player Attitude: Working well within a team is essential. You’ll support your colleagues with a positive mindset, remain calm under pressure, and be ready to assist wherever needed.

This is a full-time role, with typical shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support hotel operations.
