Job summary

Zizzi in Trafford is seeking a Kitchen Porter to create a clean, efficient workspace that allows our chefs to shine. You’ll be part of a fast-paced kitchen, upholding high standards and reliability.

No experience is required, just energy and a willingness to get stuck in. We offer flexible hours, meals on shift, discounts and access to wellness support as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Wash plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment quickly and safely to support high-volume services.

• Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep and keep equipment clean and ready.
• Follow safety guidelines to keep the kitchen organised and safe for all staff.
• Jump in to help teammates during busy periods to maintain energy.

As a Zizzi Kitchen Porter, you'll create the organised, clean workspace that lets our chefs and food shine. We’re looking for a reliable teammate who loves the fast-paced energy of a buzzing kitchen and knows that a spotless station is the secret behind every perfect plate. What you’ll do:

• Wash plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment quickly and safely to keep our high-volume services running smoothly.
• Help keep the kitchen spotless, making sure every station hits our strict hygiene standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep and ensure all equipment is clean and ready when needed.
• Follow our simple safety guidelines to keep the kitchen organised and a great place to work for everyone.
• Jump in to help your teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant energy high.
