Zizzi is hiring a Kitchen Porter in Glasgow to support our busy kitchen and keep work areas clean and efficient for the team.

You’ll assist chefs, learn on the job, and help maintain hygiene standards while working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible hours, free meals on shift, and additional staff benefits as part of a supportive team.

As a Zizzi Kitchen Porter, you'll create the organised, clean workspace that lets our chefs and food shine. What you’ll do:

• Wash plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment quickly and safely to keep our high-volume services running smoothly.
• Help keep the kitchen spotless, making sure every station hits our strict hygiene standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep and ensure all equipment is clean and ready when needed.
• Follow our simple safety guidelines to keep the kitchen organised and a great place to work for everyone.
• Jump in to help your teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant energy high.
