Job summary

Eden Project is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the Eden Team. This role involves keeping the kitchen clean, washing pots, pans and dishes, cleaning cookers and sweeping floors to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential. This is a great entry point into catering with opportunities for training and progression as part of a vibrant project.

Qualifications

• Zero-hour, seasonal contracts.
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
• Pay £12.71 per hour for ages 21+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing pots, pans and dishes.
• Clean cookers and sweep floors.
• Support safe and efficient running of the kitchen as needed.

We are looking for reliable and trustworthy KPs with a positive attitude to join our vibrant Eden Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an incredible project. Help us to actively maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing pots, pans and dishes, cleaning the cookers, sweeping the floors and in general any other activity which is needed to ensure the safe and efficient running of the kitchen.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential. This is a fantastic platform for anyone wishing to begin a career in the catering industry.
