Responsibilities

1. Support general kitchen duties proactively.
2. Ensure smooth restaurant operations, including cleaning, dishwasher use, and equipment availability.
3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to serve meals to a high standard and on time.
4. Develop knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and health & safety regulations.
