The Role

• Ensure kitchen areas and cooking equipment are cleaned to the highest of standards.
• Provide a variety of manual tasks to support the smooth running of kitchen, and supporting the front of house staff to ensure a smooth food service
• Management of kitchen waste such as correct disposal of food waste and clearing refuse areas
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
