About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Kitchen Porter to join our tight-knit kitchen team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. You must take ownership of your responsibilities, be extremely neat and well-organised, and have a genuine interest in supporting the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, including equipment, surfaces, and floors

Take full accountability for dishwashing, cleaning schedules, and waste management

Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored and ready for use

Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required

Keep the kitchen stocked with clean utensils, crockery, and cookware

Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate any stock needs

Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness
