Job description

We are looking for a friendly and approachable kitchen porter to join our team.

The kitchen is small but well-organized and gets very busy at peak times.

Responsibilities

1. Weekly deep cleaning and general day-to-day open-close cleaning.
2. Ability to work quickly and be adaptable.
3. Basic food preparation.
4. Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation.
5. Food safety and hygiene preferred but not essential.
6. Experience preferred but not essential.

Hours: 16-30 hours a week, mostly weekend work, with additional shifts available for those willing and able to learn more kitchen skills.

Opening hours: 9-3 weekdays, 9-4 Saturday, 9.30-3.30 Sunday. Occasional evenings and additional hours may be required.
