Searcys is looking for a Kitchen Porter to play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen at The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.

The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple, located on the banks of the Thames, is one of the few remaining Georgian-style event halls in the City of London. Surrounded by a three-acre private garden, the Inner Temple is one of Searcys' most exquisite event venues.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen and service areas.
• Thoroughly clean crockery, kitchen equipment, and spaces daily and weekly.
• Be flexible to work across all parts of the building.
• Assist with food preparation and service.
• Manage waste and record data as required.
• Keep catering storage areas organized and clean.
• Assist with stock management, including accepting deliveries, counting, and proper storage.
• Be hardworking and eager to learn.
• Demonstrate efficiency and proactive skills.
• Be self-motivated and a team player.
