Job description

Working closely with the Casino team, you will be part of the food and beverage/hospitality department back of house. The role involves acting as a kitchen porter and assisting chefs with simple kitchen tasks as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and back of house hospitality areas
• Accepting and checking deliveries, following proper policy procedures
• Storing deliveries and ensuring stock rotation
• Following H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - training provided
• Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using cleaning products
• Maintaining high standards in hospitality operations
• Demonstrating flexibility, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
