What You Will Do

• Ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for all outlets and events.
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing and pot-washing machines.
• Keeping all kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, hygienic, and organized.
• Supporting the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all kitchen tools and materials.
• Following the hotel’s recycling and sustainability policies.
• Assisting with the cleanliness and upkeep of the staff restaurant.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  
  

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential—we provide full training.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
