Loungers plc is looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join Orsino Lounge, part of the Loungers family. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, and staff meals from day one, with 50% off food & drinks and occasional evening/weekend shifts.

You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and organized, assist with food prep, and ensure high hygiene standards to support a busy kitchen team. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

About the Kitchen Porter Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy, friendly, supportive kitchen team. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe, organised, and ready for service while also supporting our chefs with food prep when needed. It’s a simple but vital role. Without you, the kitchen doesn’t run properly. You’ll play a huge part in making sure the team can deliver freshly cooked food on spec, on time, every time.
