Job summary

Clermont Victoria in central London is seeking a diligent kitchen assistant to support the entire kitchen brigade. You will keep areas clean, wash dishes, mop floors, stack and unpack dishwashers, and assist with basic food preparation, ensuring smooth operation and high hygiene standards.

The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What you'll be doing

In this key role, you will support our entire kitchen brigade, ensuring that every aspect of the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include keeping all areas clean and tidy, washing dishes, mopping floors, stacking and unpacking dishwashers, recycling, and addressing the basic health and safety needs of the kitchen environment. You may also assist with basic food preparation and storage, contributing to our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
