Job summary

Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen Porter to join our luxury hotel in Central London. You’ll support chefs by keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well-stocked, and assist with basic food prep as needed.

At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Porter to join our luxury hotel in Central London

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support the chefs by ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and stocked with essential equipment and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy

• Assisting with basic food preparation when required

• Unloading deliveries and organising stock

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

• Punctual, reliable, and a team player

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts including evenings and weekend.

• Experience working as a Kitchen Porter or as Prep Chef would be preferred.
