Job summary

Caravan Southbank in London is hiring a Kitchen Porter to help run a vibrant, two-floor kitchen from day one. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure health and safety standards, hygiene, and teamwork support the guest experience.

This is a full-time opening with a strong focus on developing the team in a dynamic hospitality environment. We value energetic, hard-working individuals who care about hospitality and want to grow with Caravan.

ThisNovember, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. Andwe’re looking for a brilliant Kitchen Porter to join our brand new kitchenteam. We’re after someone kind, hard working, and high-energy. Someone who ispassionate about hospitality, developing their skills, and gets a kick outofhelping the team give our guests the best experience possible.

You’llbe joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors,multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

Therole

AsKitchen Porter, you’ll work with your Head Chef and the management team to makesure the kitchen runs brilliantly every day. That means following standards forhealth & safety, culture, hospitality and developing yourself and the teamaround you to make sure your kitchen is one they’re all proud to work in.You’ll know how to work collaboratively as a team member and help your teamdeliver for your guests.
