As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are maintained throughout the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.


• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.


• Assist with deliveries by checking, storing, and rotating stock appropriately.


• Dispose of waste and recycling safely and in line with company procedures.


• Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.


• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.


• Follow all food safety, health and safety, and COSHH procedures.


• Help maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.


• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
