Job summary

Public House Group is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy London venues. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes, washing pots and pans and assisting with basic prep during peak service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away pots, pans, crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment, keeping everything ready for service.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen, including floors, surfaces and storage areas.
• Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Receive deliveries and help put away and rotate stock correctly.
• Manage waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
• Follow all health, safety and food hygiene procedures in line with company and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
