Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Hutchesons Grammar in Glasgow. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only at 36 weeks, with free meals on shift and benefits like PerkBox and life assurance.

You will support both kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficient service. Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available to develop skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great teamwork and flexibility in duties.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food to outlets on-site.
• Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant.
• Supporting the kitchen and FOH team where possible.
• Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy.
• Assisting with deliveries and organising them in storage areas.
• Removing waste and disposing to external bins.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering food to outlets on-site.

Key Requirements:

• Previouskitchen experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
