Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an enthusiastic dishwasher to support the kitchen team in Glasgow. You will wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and pots, and store them properly to maintain an efficient operation.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; a high school diploma may be preferred.
• Experience as a dishwasher or similar role is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
• Detail-oriented and committed to hygiene standards.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
• Knowledge of sanitation guidelines is a plus.
• Good team communication is important.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
• Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated pickup areas.
• Assist with loading deliveries and storing supplies.
• Follow sanitation rules and food safety guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
