Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Southampton is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join a busy kitchen team. You will wash dishes, clean surfaces, mop floors and support chefs during busy service, while maintaining high hygiene standards.

The role offers flexible hours, weekly pay and opportunities to work with a variety of hospitality clients across the region. A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence holder with access to own vehicle.
• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or in similar kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas.
• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing
