The View Hotel Eastbourne, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team with cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas. You will wash dishes, clean equipment, assist with basic food prep, and manage waste, following health and safety guidelines.
The role offers an annualised hours contract with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

As Kitchen Porter in our hotel, you play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both the kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, assisting with basic food preparation, and managing waste disposal. Following strict health and safety guidelines is essential to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

This role is offered on an annualised hours contract, providing flexibility while ensuring stable contracted earnings throughout the year. Typical shifts will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays to support the operational needs of the hotel.
