Job summary

The Scotsman Group, Scotland’s largest hospitality group, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our fantastic venue.

As part of Scotsman Hospitality you will provide support to chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations, keep kitchen areas and equipment hygienically clean, and ensure storage areas and food are stored correctly.

Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for career development are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• Great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.

Responsibilities
