Job summary

The Scotsman Hospitality is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You will support all chefs, help maintain hygiene and ensure storage of food produce is correct, contributing to smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.

• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.

• Providing support to all chefs ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Ensuring that kitchen areas and equipment are hygienically maintained.
