Genting Casinos UK Limited is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our Hospitality Team. You will help keep kitchens and back-of-house areas spotless and support chefs with basic tasks during shifts. You will check deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Keeps kitchens and back of house areas clean.
• Checks deliveries and ensures policy procedures are followed.
• Rotates stock and stores deliveries properly to maintain stock control.
• Follows health & safety (H&S) and health & hygiene (H&H) practices; training provided.
• Follows COSHH guidelines when using cleaning products on site.
• Assists Chefs with tasks as required during shift.
• Maintains high standards in a hospitality operation.
• Communicates effectively and remains flexible in approach.

Responsibilities

• Accept and check deliveries; ensure correct procedures.
• Put away deliveries and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Adhere to H&S, H&H and COSHH guidelines; assist chefs as needed.
• Support chefs with tasks during shift and maintain cleanliness throughout.

We are currently looking for a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Hospitality Team.

• Keeping kitchens and back of house Hospitality areas clean
• Accepting and checking of deliveries, ensuring correct policy procedures used at all times
• Putting away deliveries ensuring stock rotation adhered to at all times
• Adhering to H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - Training will be provided
• Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using on site cleaning products
• Assisting the Chefs in tasks requested during course of shift
• Proven track record for establishing excellent standards in a hospitality operation
• Be flexible in their approach and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
