Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain equipment (pots, pans, utensils, crockery).
• Support kitchen hygiene across surfaces, floors and prep areas to high standards.
• Assist with stock and deliveries; unpack, rotate and store ingredients carefully.
• Help with basic food preparation when required.
• Waste management; maintain bins, recycling and kitchen organisation.
• Support your team; work closely with chefs to ensure smooth services.
