Job summary

Franco Manca, part of The Fulham Shore PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Porter in Cardiff to support the kitchen team and keep service running smoothly.

You’ll wash dishes, assist chefs with prep, restock supplies, and help maintain cleanliness and a positive, fast-paced environment.

The role offers hourly pay £12.71–£14.71 plus service charge, 28 days holiday pro rata, a pension, and access to wellbeing support.

What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping things clean, organized, and ready to roll.

You’ll keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Support the chefs with basic food prep when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Restock and organize supplies, making sure everything is ready for service.

Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.

Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen
