Parogon Group is seeking Kitchen Porters to join our growing family of restaurants across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. You will support our Chefs and the Restaurant team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter or similar role is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Great teamwork and initiative in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and maintain high standards at all times.
• Ensure Chefs have the right tools and equipment during service.
• Be a proactive and reliable team player supporting the Restaurant team.

A bit about you;

Our Kitchen Porters are the foundations of the kitchen and support our Chefs and the Restaurant team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during service.

Your main duties will be to keep the kitchen clean and to ensure standards are maintained at all times. You will also make sure that your Chefs have all the right tools and equipment they need during service.

You will be a great team player with the ability to work efficiently and confident in using your own initiative.
