Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking passionate individuals to join our Restaurant Team, covering Server, Bartender, Runner and Barback roles. You will be on the Front of House, delivering a superb guest experience from start to finish.

We emphasise teamwork, learning, and attention to detail as essential attributes, with equity through tips and opportunities for progression within our growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Confidence and a willingness to learn are key to success.
• A keen eye for detail is essential as you will be leading from the Restaurant Floor.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
