Job summary

The Wayfarer at Parogon Group is inviting energetic hospitality staff to join our Restaurant Team as servers, bartenders, runners and barbacks. We value passion for food, guest experience and teamwork.

As a Front of House member you will help deliver great service from start to finish, enjoy the equity of tips, and have opportunities for progression within a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Confidence and a willingness to learn are key.
• Keen eye for detail (our standards are super important).
• You will be leading from the Restaurant Floor and thrive in a big team.

Responsibilities

• Guardians of the guests experience from start to finish as part of the Front of House team.
