Job summary

KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with locations across the UK, including Bristol. We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Porter to support a fast-paced kitchen and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and readiness for service.

You will join a lively, supportive team and gain training with opportunities for progression in a growing business. Weekend availability is essential, and a friendly, energetic personality is valued.

KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with restaurants in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge.

• Someone who thrives working in a fast-paced kitchen, all the while with a fun, lively and hard-working team of people around you.
• You’ll already have some Kitchen Porter experience under your belt, and if you can bring bags of enthusiasm and energy to the table with a willingness to learn about what we do here, we'd love for you to get in touch.
• A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team are essential.
• If you have some interest in or knowledge of Japanese food and culture, we'd love to hear about it!
