Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team success and recognizing individual needs
