Job summary

Longleat Enterprises Limited (trading as Longleat) is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to deputise for the Kitchen Manager and lead the food and beverage kitchen teams across Longleat Park, ensuring safety compliance and production excellence.

You will manage daily operations, support recruitment, coach staff, and drive stock control with FIFO, while focusing on food quality, guest satisfaction, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Kitchen Manager and line manage the Longleat Park food & beverage kitchen teams to ensure safety compliance and production excellence.
• Attend daily briefings as a departmental ambassador and communicate key information to all departments.
• Support recruitment of kitchen staff in line with requirements and develop the team through coaching and succession planning.
• Deliver high standards of preparation and service of all food and beverage items.
• Ensure stock control using FIFO and rotate stock; perform regular stock checks following SOPs.
• Promote a culture of kitchen safety and oversee food storage and delivery procedures.
