The Role – Run the Kitchen, Set the Tone

We’re looking for a confident, organised Kitchen Manager who can take the lead in our back-of-house operations. This isn’t a heavy-duty kitchen – it’s about attention to freshness, speed, quality control, and a great customer experience with every bite.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service prep
  2. Supervise kitchen operations and provide hands-on support during busy periods
  3. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
  4. Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of soups, salads, bagels, and all menu items
  5. Manage inventory and ordering for fresh produce and kitchen essentials
  6. Minimise waste through smart prep systems and portion control
  7. Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and maintain kitchen levels
  8. Conduct food quality checks and ensure compliance with all food hygiene regulations
  9. Keep accurate cleaning logs, temperature records, and food safety documentation
  10. Create a positive, team-first kitchen culture that mirrors the front-of-house energy
