We’re looking for a confident, organisedKitchen Manager who can take the lead in our back-of-house operations. This isn’t a heavy-duty kitchen – it’s about attention to freshness, speed, quality control, and a great customer experience with every bite.

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service prep
Supervise kitchen operations and provide hands-on support during busy periods
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of soups, salads, and bagels and all menu items
Manage inventory and ordering for fresh produce and kitchen essentials
Minimise waste through smart prep systems and portion control
Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and maintain kitchen levels
Conduct food quality checks and ensure compliance with all food hygiene regulations
Keep accurate cleaning logs, temperature records, and food safety documentation
Create a positive, team-first kitchen culture that mirrors the front-of-house energy
You’ve managed or led a kitchen team in a café or fresh-food environment
You’re passionate about healthy, simple, high-quality food
You’re calm under pressure and efficient with time and resources
You’re meticulous about cleanliness and food safety
