National Trust is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a large, complex kitchen operation, delivering high-quality, seasonal food at scale while upholding exceptional food safety standards. You will manage a diverse team and ensure efficient operations that reflect the Trust's values and brand standards.

You will monitor budgets, stock and waste, and drive continuous improvement while fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading busy kitchen teams in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
• Committed to producing high-quality food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Confident managing budgets, food costs, stock control and waste reduction to achieve commercial targets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day performance of a busy kitchen operation, planning production and resource management.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and safety across all areas of delivery.
• Lead and develop a diverse team and manage stock, ordering, waste, labour and budgets.
