Valor Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the Head Chef and lead daily kitchen operations across breakfast, restaurant, bar, 24-hour room service and events. You’ll coach the brigade, control stock and costs, and ensure top quality on every plate.

Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is ideal, with hotel/banqueting or high-volume kitchen background. Level 3 Food Safety is required or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a high-volume kitchen and maintain quality across outlets.
• Experience coaching junior chefs and building a cohesive brigade.
• Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen operations across all outlets when the Head Chef is away.
• Oversee ordering, stock control, rotas, GP and waste to keep costs under control.
• Ensure consistent service, quality and presentation on every plate during busy periods.
• Manage food safety compliance and audit readiness.
