• Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and motivate the team through pre-shift briefs.
• Manage stock control and food margins to meet brand targets.
• Ensure compliance with NSF, EHO and Health & Safety audits.
• Deliver to brand standards and operate to specification.
• Drive high performance through development and regular one-to-ones.
