Qualificações

• Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach junior team members.
• Strong understanding of food health and safety and hygiene.
• Experience in stock control and managing food GP% to budget.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
