McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen within our Classic Pubs concept. You will help deliver the food concept, manage stock, and support the Head Chef while developing the kitchen team.

Formación

• Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential.
• Willingness to develop and take on responsibility.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the food concept to standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage stock control: ordering, deliveries, stock taking and wastage control.
• Support the Head Chef and deputise in their absence.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to reach potential.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
