Toby Carvery is offering a Head Chef in Training role within a district-based setup. You will lead and grow a kitchen team, following the Mitchells & Butlers approach to a proud, high‑quality kitchen.
The program aims to place you in a fully operational kitchen within 6 months, preparing you for a Head Chef appointment. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, a drive to achieve targets, and the willingness to drive within the district during training.
Do you have experience of leading a team to success in the kitchen and fancy making a move? Or maybe you fancy bringing your kitchen management skills to the pub and restaurant business.
Based within a district you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle. With the support of your district armed with a training plan you will grow your team and smash your targets.
When you become Head Chef in Training, you’ll learn how to build a kitchen to be proud of the ‘Mitchells & Butlers’ way. You'll be ready to go in no time. Most of our Head Chefs in Training are in their own kitchen within 6 months.
