Job summary

TGI Fridays UK in Watford is seeking a General Manager to deliver a magical guest experience and lead restaurant operations. You will be guest obsessed, drive real food and vibes, and guide the team through our Showtime guest journey on every shift.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and own overall performance including people, guest experience, sales, profit, and health & safety. Grow the business while upholding standards and leading a positive culture.

Being a General Manager

Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant.

About You

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience/ Kitchen Experience
• Proven track record of leading teams to success
• Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
• The ability and skill to manage budgets, labourcontrolsand forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
• Showing your amazing personality every shift to make it a great experience for every guest.
