Flight Club Darts Limited in Exeter is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen in a high-energy environment. You will drive food safety, standards and cost control while inspiring and coaching your team to deliver exceptional service.

Focused on leading by example, you’ll develop staff, enforce recipes and specs, and ensure every dish meets our energetic venue’s expectations. This role is a hands-on, full-time kitchen leadership position.
